📦 SHIPPING
Most items are made-to-order as part of our small-batch production model. Unlike larger retailers, we don’t hold mass inventory — your gear is printed individually once you place an order. This helps us maintain quality control and support another veteran-owned company, who we parter with for production and distribution. Depending on inventory levels and the time of year, it may take 2–3 weeks to receive your order.
Once an order ships, delivery is in the hands of the carrier (typically USPS). While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, unexpected delays can occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your package is missing or significantly delayed, please contact USPS directly—either call 1‑800‑275‑8777 or submit a Missing Mail Search online at MissingMail.USPS.com
Note on flags, silkies and hats:
We restock flags once a month. If your order included a flag, silkies or a hat along with other items, you may receive multiple shipments. The flag might arrive separately after the first package.
🔁 REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final unless the error is on our end. We do NOT offer exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You entered the wrong address
- You changed your mind
*Shirts are made with an athletic fit style t-shirt. If you desire a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
